To help promote search engine marketing (SEM) in the country, SEO Philippines is launching a keyword ranking contest with over PHP 130,000 in prizes.

ISULONG is the tagalog word for "to forward", "to improve", "to campaign". SEO is an acronym for Search Engine Optimization. This term is used to get your website on the top rank of any search engine available in the web. PH is short for Philippines as it is being used in top level domains (TLD).

Thus, ISULONGSEOPH is born. Created whose objective is to promote search engine marketing in the Philippines with Google.com.ph as it's primary tool.
